Dear fellow cosplayers,

Devmeet 09 is postponed to the date 20th December 2009.
The DevComitee decided to postpone the event due to the H1N1 pandemic issue we are currently having.
We would not like to take any risk in having any of the guests to be infected by it. Therefore, the postpone of the event.
We apologize if we have upset you on this matter as this is also for your safety.
Cosplayers who have registered for the event before the date 19th July 2009 can re-register at any time with a different character to be cosplayed for the Devmeet held in December. BUT. . we will only accept 1 re-registration to avoid confusion during the day of the event.
Once again we apologize for the delay of the event.
We hope to see you at the Devmeet 09. =)

Erm. . the devmeet is postponed due to the H1N1 pandemic. Sorry if we disappointed anyone.
Nevertheless, the devmeet would be made better in 20th December 2009.
I myself don't think some people are ready for the event to be held in 19th July.
Actually, i was a wee bit disappointed that the event is delayed since i was looking forward to it alot. . .but some how i'm glad it is postponed.
I mean like. . What 'if' someone was inffected by the H1N1 case and that the virus lies dormant in him and he acts as a carrier. . . . OMG. . *touch wood*
(I was watching this movie called '28 weeks later' . . thus the carrier thingy)
and imgine . .the event goes on on the 10th July and all of the attendents wear those suffocating masks . . ugh . . not an 'ideal' site which people would really want to go to.
Some parents won't even let their child go anywhere due to this virus. Some how it is kinda unfair to some of us since they don't allow us to go to 'crowded places', when they force us to go to funcions like weddings and so on. Aren't those like . . where people crowd at =_="
Maybe parents are referring 'crowded places' = The Mall, Cinema, Restaurants. . . pfft
What makes a function different o_o . .
It's like the world's health ministries need to provide "everyone" bubble suits. .
then we can all be BUBBLE BOYS~~~ & GIRLS. .

*p.s : but seriously. .i would love to own a bubble suit . . who wouldn't?! ._.
